Behind The Scene My Trip My English Adventure When Making New Friends

BEHIND THE SCENE MY TRIP MY ENGLISH ADVENTURE WHEN MAKING NEW FRIENDS

This time I will tell you how the process of searching for strangers in order to make new friends by interview, after determining the Saturday I will start my activities, I have started to write a plan of activity in my small notebook to be arranged and didn't make I confuse later from the place. Departed then the places to be visited, with before I've done a search on google where it will be open what time, how much entry fees and see the maps when using the motor takes how long to get there.

The first thing starts at 5:55 am , I will get up and go for a motorcycle rental, why early in the morning because Saturday is a holiday so surely many will be renting motorcycle for fear of running out and I afraid of did not being able to choose which motor want to rent. Then morning is the right choice for I and my dear friend who will work a task English on interviews with strangers, so we agree on a day rental fee of forty thousand rupiah, because we both are not too burdensome to charge the rental price. Because we are for two so I and my friend pay twenty thousand each motorcycle and at the rental we choose the black beat motor that we rent, by filling the motor rental data and give the student's sign card. When we finish rearing our motor back to boarding house, to get ready like bathing and well-dressed, after finished at 7:00 am we start to leave by stopping at the  for breakfast, after breakfast at 7:30 am, we continue the trip by stopping in front of campus sttkd to make a video introduction of my trip my english adventure after finished making a video from it.

This is the time for my real journey to begin and I'll tell you a bit about the first place I've come to. The first place I came was the Keraton Ngayogyakarta Hadiningrat or Keraton Yogyakarta is the official palace of Ngayogyakarta Hadiningrat Sultanate which is now located in Yogyakarta City, Special Region of Yogyakarta, Indonesia. Although the sultanate was officially part of the Republic of Indonesia in 1950, this palace complex still functioned as the residence of the sultan and his court house which still exercised the sultanate tradition to this day. This palace is now also one of the tourist attraction in the city of Yogyakarta. Some of the palace complexes are museums that hold various collections belonging to the sultanate, including gifts from European kings, replicas of palace heirlooms, and gamelan. In terms of building, this palace is one example of the best Javanese palace architecture, has luxurious balairung and field and spacious pavilion.

The reason I visit the Sultan Palace, because in addition to this place many in coming by foreigners from various countries, which will be the main ingredient to make new friends from different countries with a little interview simple talk. I was also curious as to what Yogyakarta Palace, at the same time my first day also visited the Yogyakarta Palace during my college in Jogja. In my opinion also why many foreigners are interested to come to Sultan Palace because they are very interested to know the story of Indonesian history. In addition, Yogyakarta Palace entrance ticket is also cheap with ticket price of seven thousand five hundred rupiah with the price of one thousand rupiah photo permit.

For the second place I chose Taman Sari to continue my trip my adventure, because there are also many foreigners coming from various countries as well, Taman Sari is also part of the story of the history of Yogyakarta Palace. Taman Sari is a place which is used for bath or kings and queen or princess. Besides the reason I chose Taman Sari as the second place because it is still concerned with the Yogyakarta Palace, the fee for admission is also relatively cheap with the price of five thousand rupiah. When I was really amazed by the place there is a pool of water with the feel of royal buildings and old buildings that are still sturdy. For more I will give a little review what is Taman Sari.

Taman Sari Yogyakarta or Taman Sari Keraton Yogyakarta is the site of the former garden or palace gardens of Ngayogyakarta Hadiningrat Palace, which can be compared with the Bogor Botanical Gardens as the garden of Bogor Palace. This garden was built at the time of Sultan Hamengkubuwono I (HB I) in 1758-1765 / 9. Initially, the park that received the title "The Fragrant Garden" has an area of more than 10 hectares with about 57 buildings such as buildings, bathing pools, suspension bridges, water canals, and artificial lakes along the artificial islands and underwater alleys. The garden used effectively between 1765-1812 originally stretched from the southwest of the Kedhaton complex to the southeast of the Magangan complex. But now, the only remnants of Taman Sari can be seen only in the southwest of the Kedhaton complex.

Maybe only a few reviews that I can narrate here for more details you can look through google and come directly to the place there is also a guide service, so if you did not want to get lost, can use the services of tour guides with the price of guidance is voluntary. Did not much different from the Sultan Palace. Lastly I think about Taman Sari, the essence is still very feel of history when I was there, it's just that makes me upset the weather when it is very hot weather and make me dehydrated, but naturally because I visited around 11:00 am, although hot still Taman Sari remain crowded with visitors, after finished around and have taken some video in Taman sari. I went back to the motorcycle to continue my journey to third place but before starting the journey I rested for a while by sitting near the motorcycle parking lot and buying a cold pocari sweat drink for seven thousand rupiah. To restore energy after feeling rested and powered back I along with my friend started to continue the journey after getting out of the motor car park, do not forget also the cost for the price of motorcycle parking is the same as the parking of the motor at the palace of Yogyakarta for three thousand rupiah. Then finally we will go to last place or third place my trip my adventure at vrederburg museum.

Finally I arrived at the third place my trip my adventure at the museum vrederburg, before heading to the museum I went to a motorcycle parking area near Malioboro to park the motor, and the cost of parking is not unlike the case with the Sultan Palace and Taman Sari at a price of three thousand dollars. Vrederburg Museum is also located next to Malioboro not far from zero in Malioboro area. After I got out of the parking lot I started walking to the museum vrederburg with the cost of admission is relatively cheap also for domestic with the price of three thousand rupiah when compared to the cost of entrance Taman Sari and Sultan Palace. vrederburg museum is the entrance fee with the cheapest price compared to the two previous places, and the second order with a cheap entrance fee is Taman Sari then the third order is the Sultan Palace.

This was also the second time I went to the vrederburg museum just the first time I visited at that time to attend a national language seminar held at the vrederburg museum and by that time I entered the free museum did not need to buy admission tickets, so I did not know when it cost how much entry, and the first visit I did not have time to go around the museum, then in my trip my adventure with the theme of this historic place, I want to visit the museum vrederburg as well as the last place my trip my adventure. As I told my trip my adventure in the two previous places, I will also give a little review about the museum vrederburg and to continue later if you are curious and want to know more, you can search on google for more details and did not forget to come directly to museum vrederburg.

Vredeburg Fortress Museum is a fort located in front of Gedung Agung and Kraton Kesultanan Yogyakarta. Now, this fort became a museum. In a number of buildings inside this castle there is a diorama on the history of Indonesia. Vredeburg Fort Yogyakarta stands closely associated with the birth of Yogyakarta Sultanate. Agreement Giyanti February 13, 1755 who managed to settle feud between Susuhunan Pakubuwono III with Prince Mangkubumi (Sultan Hamengkubuwono I later) is a result of Dutch politics who always wanted to interfere in the internal affairs of the kings of Java at that time.

Seeing the very rapid progress of the palace established by Sultan Hamengkubuwono I, the sense of concern of the Dutch began to emerge. The Dutch proposed to the sultan to be allowed to build a fort near the court. The development under the pretext that the Dutch can maintain the security of the palace and its surroundings. But behind the pretext the real Dutch intention is to facilitate in controlling all developments that occur in the palace. The location of the castle which is only one gun range from the palace and its location overlooking the main road to the palace becomes an indication that the function of the fort can be utilized as a bulwark of strategy, intimidation, assault and blockade. It can be said that the establishment of the fort was intended to keep watch if at any time the Sultan turned his face against the Dutch. The great power hidden behind the political contracts that were born in every treaty with the Dutch seemed to be a force hard for any native leader to resist during the Dutch colonial period. In this case, including Sri Sultan Hamengku Buwono I. Therefore, the Dutch permission to build the fort was granted.

That's a little review of the museum vrederburg as well as the last place my tri my adventure, my opinion of the museum vrederburg is there we can learn a lot of history about Indonesia, from military aggression Netherlands 1 or 2 with historical items are still well maintained, and the place also comfortable there is also a cafe, but maybe the cafe there a little expensive price. And when it was in the museum also that time the weather has started to shade did not too hot as in the garden sari maybe because that time I visited around 2:30 pm and there are many green trees, which provide a lot of fresh oxygen, so when in museum vrederburg I did not feel dehydrated. Museum vrederburg also the average visitors are students and students, as well as foreigners are also a lot of visiting there. In museum vredeburg I met with Ms. Rose she came from Holland, while in Taman Sari I met with Ms.Vivian she was from Germany, and the first place I met Mr.Robert he came from Amsterdam, Holland.

In my trip my adventure I feel grateful and happy, and feel lucky in those three places I meet new friends from various countries and can communicate with them even though not too long, it has made me happy. Then lucky again they were very friendly and kind when I interviewed them. of course it really makes I happy and increase my confidence and motivate  for I the future can be better again in interviewing foreigners. What a challenging and exciting experience I have ever had, perhaps if it were not for the necessity of the English assignment given by Ms. A, maybe I'll never know or try to interview a stranger. So I am very grateful to Ms.A by giving this task I can so get a valuable experience that I will never forget. I suggest also, you should dare to try once in a while to make your journey your adventure with the background of making new friends with strangers, I'm sure it will be exciting because I've experienced it.
